- Drive Key analysis to identify improvement initiatives across operations for process improvement, cost saving or operational efficiency at current facilities.
- Studying current process to find opportunities for implementation of automations to either improve the efficiency or save cost compared to current process.
- Develop project costs for approval by Management.
- Interface as required with the clients and various groups
- Work closely with operation director and country general manager to implement operation improvement initiatives.
- Define and implement operation improvement roadmap
- Work on key operation areas to drive target achievement in the day-to-day operation including daily debottlenecking, metrics management and regular performance report
