Senior Operational Risk Manager - Regulatory & Compliance

DiDi Global seeks an experienced Risk Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing refinement of risk governance for our financial services activities in Mexico. You will produce risk reports, monitor KRIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, 5+ years in risk management (SOFIPO or similar preferred), and fluency in Spanish and English.
