Overview
- This is a global second line operational risk role supporting mainly the Investments business in the coordination, monitoring, and delivery of operational risk processes, projects, and reporting activities, with guidance from more experienced colleagues.
- This role reports functionally to the Head of Operational Risk – Investments and regionally to the Deputy CRO - Asia Pacific.
- Support the global operational risk team by ensuring consistent application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across Investments by owning, monitoring, and coordinating key departmental processes in line with Aberdeen procedures, guidelines, and expectations.
- Deliver assigned projects and workstreams with minimal supervision, managing work to agreed timelines and supporting efficient delivery within the team, including accountability for core data management where required.
