Senior OpenShift/Kubernetes Platform Engineer

Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the Bank’s enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes platform. Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and performance across hybrid cloud environments. Perform complete platform lifecycle management including installation, upgrades, patching, maintenance, and decommissioning. Participate in a rotating on‑call support schedule within a four‑person team. Design, implement, and operate enterprise‑grade Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. Manage networking, storage, security, and cluster services. Develop reusable container platform standards, templates, and base images. Support business application teams in adopting cloud‑native technologies and containerized workloads. Provide architectural guidance for high availability, disaster recovery, and workload resilience.
