Senior Onboarding & Training Specialist — Hybrid

MRI is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist IV to support the training manager and the onboarding team in Manila. You will prepare training agendas, conduct sessions, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients, turning them into advocates of MRI residential products.

Responsibilities include coordinating admin and sales onboarding with clients, booking external consultants as needed, maintaining training records, and providing high-level support to the Training Manager.
