Senior Offshore Workover Lead: Well Integrity & Ops

TKR Engineering Sdn Bhd seeks a Lead/Senior Workover Supervisor to plan, coordinate and safely execute workover operations, restore productivity and safeguard well integrity in Malaysia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with procedures, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas well operations, 10+ years offshore, and strong leadership. IWCF Level 4 and related safety certifications are preferred.
