Senior Offshore Tender Manager - Construction & Subsea

Black & Grey HR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Tender Manager to lead the complete tender lifecycle for offshore construction and subsea services.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals, manage ITTs, bids, and commercial handover.

The role requires 7+ years in tendering within offshore oil & gas EPC sectors, with ADNOC exposure considered advantageous.
