You will work closely with Business Development Specialists (BDS), providing comprehensive back-office support to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent client service. 1. Business and Client Service Support

- Assist with incoming customer calls on their transactions, account opening and other account related queries

-Require day shift(within Biz day) for the incoming calls and daily login to the call system
