Senior Officer, Distribution Compensation

The primary focus of this position will support the day-to-day agency operations, validate & process commission and bonuses payment with accounting reporting.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Validate and process payment items for channels
+ Perform account and ledger reporting
+ Handle agency commission and bonus payments accurately in timely manner
+ Prepare tax reporting documents to Inland Revenue Department
+ Support debt management
+ Handle agency enquiries
+ Assist in ad-hoc analysis / projects as assigned by supervisor
