Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Assist in preparing and managing office budgets, track expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare reports or presentations for senior management.
- Develop and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring sensitive company data remains secure and organized.
- Oversee and assist junior administrative staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Visit other site locations of the company as part of routine inspections.
