Senior NPI Packaging Engineer - Advanced Semiconductors

IC Resources is seeking a Senior NPI Packaging Engineer in the Philippines to lead the development of advanced semiconductor packaging solutions. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle from concept through to manufacturing handover, working closely with global teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree along with approximately 6 years' experience in semiconductor packaging. They must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of assembly processes. You will be integral in delivering reliable and cost-effective packaging solutions.
