Senior NPI Engineer (Test Development)

We are looking for a Senior NPI Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in new product test development and system integration for the ATE industry. This role is ideal for engineers with strong hardware fundamentals, system-level thinking, and hands‑on debugging experience, who enjoy turning complex prototypes into production‑ready products.

As a senior member of the team, you will drive test strategy, lead system integration activities, and support the stabilization of new products through close collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Production teams. You should be inquisitive, structured in your approach, and constantly looking for better ways to validate and integrate our products.
