Senior Nonwoven Engineer – Monterrey, Mexico
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Nonwoven Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and expansion of world‐class nonwoven manufacturing capabilities in Monterrey, Mexico.
This strategic technical leadership role will be responsible for site development, process optimization, product innovation, equipment commissioning, chemical application technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing organization.
Requirements
15+ years of hands‐on experience in nonwoven manufacturing
Expertise in Spunbond, Meltblown, Carded, Spunlace, Needle‐punch, Thermal Bonding or similar technologies
Strong background in process optimization, troubleshooting, automation, and manufacturing operations
Experience in site setup, commissioning, and production ramp‐up
Product development and chemical application experience
