Senior NOC Engineer

Job Overview

The Senior NOC Engineer is an escalation point for NOC Analysts and plays a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of the organization’s IT network infrastructure. You will deliver 24‑hour, 7‑day IT support services to users across all sites, resolve incidents within agreed SLAs, participate in process improvements, and use various tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle network & system incidents escalated from NOC Analysts and perform troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues to Major Incident and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Participate in major incident bridges and monitor proactive detection with advanced monitoring tools.
• Analyze trends for preventive measures and collaborate with engineers to determine effective actions.
• Escalate complex issues to management and third parties as appropriate.
