Senior Network & IDC Services Manager

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking a Service Manager – Data Communications, ICT & IDC for a 3–6 month contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end service delivery and operational performance for enterprise, carrier, and cloud customers.

You will lead incident response, RCA initiatives, and ensure adherence to SLAs while coordinating with NOC, SOC, engineering, vendors, and data center operators to maintain high-quality service delivery.
