Senior Network Escalation Engineer - Remote

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer in the Philippines to act as a primary escalation point for complex network and security incidents. Responsibilities include leading troubleshooting efforts, mentoring engineers, and managing changes and maintenance activities to ensure service restoration.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with more than 5 years of experience in enterprise security environments and relevant certifications. A commitment to delivering excellent service and participating in an on-call support roster is essential.
