This role requires a highly experienced engineer with 10+ years of professional development experience who is capable of driving technical architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable systems built on modern .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in C#, modern .NET, Blazor development, and SQL Server, with strong experience implementing clean architecture patterns such as CQRS and MediatR, and building highly scalable service-oriented systems.

This individual will play a key role in shaping development standards, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring high engineering quality across projects.
