Senior Municipal Project Manager
Location: Bowmanville, ON . Hybrid work model – expected to be in office 2 days a week or more.
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead municipal and transportation practice in the Greater Toronto Area, overseeing projects such as municipal road and intersection design, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains and drainage works.
Primary responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams through all phases of conceptual and detailed design of municipal civil projects, including rural and urban road rehabilitations, reconstructions, widenings, sewers, watermains, and drainage improvements.
- Manage project resources, schedule, budget, quality management, and risk assessment to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and supervise engineering studies, environmental assessments, reports, calculations, plans, contract documents, cost estimates, and construction documents.
