Senior MTS Test Engineer – SoC & Silicon Debug

AMD is seeking a skilled MTS Test Engineer in Singapore to lead test engineering efforts for next-generation AMD products. You will drive pre-silicon characterization, pattern development, and yield optimization, collaborating with Product, Design, Platform Engineering, and Foundry teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business goals.

The role requires strong coding abilities (Python, Ruby, Java, Perl, C++) and deep knowledge of DFT/ATE methodologies, plus experience with major EDA tools.
