Senior Molding Engineer - Lead NPI Tooling & Production

CommScope in Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Engineer, Molding to join the GLOBAL MOLDCELL TEAM. You will develop manufacturing plans, coordinate tooling, and ensure successful transitions from design to mass production.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 10+ years in mold-making, strong English, and 10+ years of project management, with 30–50% domestic travel in the U.S. Familiarity with Moldflow, Pro-E, SolidWorks, and CREO is essential.
