Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer - LED/Optoelectronics

ams OSRAM in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia seeks a skilled engineer to develop and apply finite element analysis for LED chip projects while providing interdisciplinary support from concept to product. The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Mechanics, or a related field, with strong analytical and simulation skills.

This role requires experience with relevant simulation and CAD tools, along with the ability to recommend design improvements and provide technical guidance.

Hands-on computer programming skills in Matlab or C++ are a plus.
