**As a Mobile Growth Hacker, you are a bar raiser, which means you come with**
- 4+ years of Web or Mobile Software Engineering experience
- Expert in Kotlin, Kotlin coroutines and various common Android frameworks
- Nice to have: Experience with Java and Jet pack component & compose
- Advanced understanding of performant code
- Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Testing framework experience - unit, feature, and integration
- Familiarity with Marketing Analytics (ex: Google Analytics 4, Google tag manager, Firebase,or comparables)
- Not a stranger to lifecycle tooling (ex: Iterable, Twilio, or comparables)
- Knowledge of Jira, Git, Github, CircleCI and development using pull requests.
