Senior ML Team Lead - Remote (LATAM)

Caylent is looking for a Senior ML Team Leader to lead a remote team of engineers and architects. In this role, you will oversee hiring processes, mentor team members, and ensure optimal team performance while working closely with the Director of AI/ML.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in AWS and machine learning, alongside strong leadership capabilities. This position is open to applicants based in Argentina and Latin America.
