Senior ML Scientist – Small Molecule Drug Design (Hybrid)

Roche is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist to join the AI for Drug Discovery team in Basel. You will design and apply ML methods for small-molecule drug design, focusing on structure-driven approaches and protein–ligand interactions.

In this role you will train foundation models for structure prediction, collaborate with leading computational and medicinal chemists, and contribute to scientific publications and open-source releases.
