Senior Mining Mechanical Engineer

Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng).
• Must have 5–10 years of post-registration experience in mechanical engineering consulting, with proven exposure to industrial, commercial, and mining environments.
• Must have demonstrated experience in the design of mine refrigeration systems, both surface and underground, within the gold, platinum, diamond, and/or coal mining sectors.
• Must have proficiency in refrigeration system modelling and simulation using software such as PumpSim, FlowNex, HAP, Loadest, or equivalent packages.
• Must have experience conducting refrigeration plant performance audits, energy efficiency assessments, and gap analyses.
