Senior Microsoft Sales Associate

We are hiring immediately for a senior Microsoft sales associate, which we call a Microsoft senior advisor at Best Buy. In this role, you will be the face of the Windows store within Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores.

What you’ll do

• Share your passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members
• Help customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution and respond to their questions
• Create an amazing customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft

What we’re looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Ability to attend required periodic offsite training
• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
