Senior Metrics, Reporting & Framework Lead

Overview

Owns the GRC metrics framework, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), insights reporting, dashboards and thematic trend analysis. Defines how performance and risk are measured and reported, but does not own source data creation.

Your role

As a key member of the analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and governing the metrics framework and ensuring data quality and validity across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Own metrics framework and KPI/KRI governance.
• Produce dashboards and insights that support leadership decisions.
• Govern data quality and metric validity.
• Lead integrated assurance reporting and trend narrative.
• Challenge metrics that are not decision‑useful and recommend refinement.
