Senior Merchant Growth & Engagement Specialist

Grab in Singapore is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead the design and optimisation of programmes that drive merchant conversion and engagement. The role oversees functions such as Merchant Programmes and Community & Merchant Engagement, reporting to the Lead of the Merchant Growth Team.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for developing outreach strategies and collaborating with internal teams to enhance merchant experience.
