Senior MEP Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the overall project schedule using Primavera P6 ensuring logical sequencing of construction, procurement, and commissioning activities. Establish the project baseline program in coordination with the Project Manager, Engineers and Department Heads. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress and update schedules to reflect actual site performance and productivity. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources. Analyze critical path activities and prepare recovery or mitigation programs in case of delays. Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master program and monitor their performance. Track and report engineering deliverables, procurement milestones and construction progress. Prepare progress S-curves, manpower histograms and resource allocation charts for management review.
