Khansaheb is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to manage heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on a large-scale commercial project in Dubai. You will coordinate directly with civil teams and external authorities to ensure seamless execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily site installation of HVAC, firefighting, electrical, and plumbing systems according to approved shop drawings.
- Coordinate with the main civil contractor to ensure all slab sleeves and blockwork openings are prepared before concrete pouring.
- Raise official Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct site walk-throughs with the lead consultant to get completed work approved.
- Manage the final testing and commissioning phases, ensuring all systems meet DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) standards.
