Senior Memory Systems Engineer (SSD & Firmware)

Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Customer Engineer for its Memory division. This role serves as the main technical liaison for SSD customer service, focusing on quality consultations and technical issue resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in DRAM development, possessing strong technical expertise related to SSDs and customer service within the electronics industry.
