We are hiring a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to join our R&D team and lead the mechanical development of the next generation of our automated workstation solutions. In this hands-on role, you will take products from concept to production, working across mechanical design, prototyping, testing, supplier collaboration, and industrialization as part of a cross-functional product development team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Mechanical Design**: Design mechanical solutions from concept through CAD modelling to production-ready designs.
- **Prototyping & Testing**: Build and test prototypes, perform FEA, and improve designs based on test results.
- **Mechanical Ownership**: Take ownership of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet functional and manufacturing requirements.
