Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Tenet Consultants Ltd.)
NRL is offering Senior Mechanical Design Engineer positions with Tenet Consultants Ltd., an engineering consultancy headquartered in Warrington with a new office in Anglesey, North Wales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Concept & Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies
- Equipment specification and detailed design
- Engineering substantiation and specialist mechanical handling design
- Mechanical piping design, manufacturing installation and commissioning support
- Periodic safety reviews and lifetime quality records (LQR)
- Safety system design and independent nuclear safety assessment (INSA) & peer review
- Checking of design documentation and technical bid evaluations
Requirements
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry, preferably nuclear.
