Job Purpose
To supervise and verify the onsite mechanical engineering works including, but not limited to, HVAC, drainage, water supply, firefighting, LPG, swimming pool & irrigation services to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project, to SSH policies and procedures, and industry best practice.
Core Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all mechanical site supervision activities (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, LPG, irrigation), ensuring full compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and design intent.
- Review and approve contractor shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements for all mechanical systems prior to execution.
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making support on complex mechanical issues, site clashes, and design discrepancies.
