Stalwart Semiconductor Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Juru, Penang. As a full-time member of the Mechanical Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development of automation machines, modules, and tooling for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Perform concept design, detailed design, and design optimization using 3D CAD software.
• Prepare and release engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation for fabrication and assembly.
• Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and risk assessments (DFMEA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
