Penspen Ltd is urgently seeking a Sr. Engineer Onshore Construction (Mechanical) for an Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee onshore fabrication, module assembly, and pre-commissioning activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
