Senior Mechanical Construction & Commissioning Supervisor

Penspen is seeking an experienced engineer in Mexicali, Baja California, to supervise the integrity and reliability of static equipment in various projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on quality control and knowledge of related engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities include reviewing operating philosophies, supervising procurement and inspections, and ensuring compliance with engineering documentation and Mexican regulations. Preference will be given to those with ASNT/NACE/AMPP or API certification.
