Principal Accountabilities
- Receive copies of purchase orders for drilling materials, general materials, equipment and spare parts to be received on ZAKUM artificial islands. Upon receipt of goods identify and store.
- Receive materials returned from operational areas. Ensure that correct documentation is received/raised and inform the Logistic Supervisor of receipt and where applicable the need for inspection. Decide with reference to departmental procedures whether items should or should not be accepted into the store.
- Ensure the storage and protection of materials in accordance with specific requirements determined by company procedures and/or manufacturer’s recommendations for the protection and preservation of materials.
