What Will You Do
- Project Ownership & Decomposition: Participate in the planning, requirements gathering, and delivery of large, multi‑phased growth and marketing analysis projects with minimal guidance. Break down complex, ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable analysis plans.
- Strategic UA Partnership: Partner closely with Marketing and User Acquisition (UA) squads to monitor campaign performance, decompose complex trend changes, and provide high‑impact insights that optimize multi‑million dollar budget allocations.
- Performance Measurement & Frameworks: Own the analysis of user acquisition funnels, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods. Collaborate with central data teams to refine marketing measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution models, incrementality testing).
