Senior Marine Technologist (Training)

Fleetway is seeking Senior Marine Technologists to join our Training team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping training design and development by conducting detailed analysis and contributing to modern, data‑driven training and crew readiness solutions.

Working closely with Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs), Courseware Developers (CWDs), subject matter experts, and project stakeholders, you will support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Media Analysis (TMA), ensuring training solutions are aligned with operational requirements, system performance outcomes, and best practices.

You will contribute to the design of training systems that support the integration of advanced combat and platform technologies, applying a blend of instructional methodologies, technical expertise, and emerging learning approaches to deliver effective, scalable training solutions.
