Senior Marine Compliance & Safety Leader

THOME SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD is seeking a Marine Superintendent to manage compliance with procedures, regulations, and industry codes for assigned vessels in Singapore. You will ensure navigation and DP practices meet standards and that operational procedures align with company objectives.

You will review risk assessments, manage change, and oversee HSSEQ reporting, while liaising with flag authorities and port state bodies. English fluency and willingness to travel are essential.
