Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Process & Automation Lead

Lennox in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking a senior manufacturing engineer to lead the planning, design and optimization of large-scale production processes. You will coordinate engineering teams, analyze complex problems and drive efficiency improvements across machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding and assembly.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in Engineering (master's preferred), with 8+ years in manufacturing and strong CAD/analytical tool expertise, plus excellent
