You will drive industrialization, ramp production, and continuous improvement for power electronics like inverters, transformers, and switchgears. As the main interface with contract manufacturers, you will ensure safety, quality, and scalability across assembly and test. You’ll lead process development, factory readiness, and cost-efficient manufacturing at CM sites, shaping how products move from NPI into stable mass production. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on optimization in a fast-moving energy tech environment.
