Responsibilities
- Supervise and review the segment consolidation and support in the preparation of financial and management reporting of the Group, in accordance with group accounting policies.
- Work closely with the Business Partner Team on segment reporting and forecast/budget.
- Support the preparation of SGX results announcements of the Group, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, company law, and SGX listing rules and best practices.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Report of the Group.
- Support the consolidation of forecasts and budgets.
- Provide support on the Group Financial Reporting System, following up with consultants on issues raised regarding the new system.
- Liaise with group auditors on group audit.
