CHALLENGES TO BE METUnderwrite high‑complexity corporate financing transactions by conducting detailed financial analysis, investigations, and due diligence in line with BDC credit policies and regulatory standards.
Structure financing proposals, including terms, pricing, conditions, and covenants, to ensure appropriate risk mitigation and sustainable account management.
