Senior Manager – Transaction Tax Services

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager to be part of our growing Transaction Tax Services team which can be based out of any of our locations across Canada. This is a new role and you will be involved in assisting clients with transaction tax issues including completing tax due diligence (both buy‑side and sell‑side), tax structuring, tax modelling, pre‑sale planning, assisting with the tax aspect of sale purchase agreements, post‑closing items and other transaction tax matters.
