Senior Manager - Trade Marketing

About the role You will oversee sales strategy & sales forecasts, proposing and directing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve Plan. Will include support of several key Customers across select Categories. It is also a proven discipline and has developed senior leaders across the business.

Salary Range: 116,000 - 145,000

Your responsibilities

Lead 4P (PICoS) strategy and Local Success Model

Manage trade spend and drive ROI optimization

Translate brand plans into customer execution and in-store performance

Support GTM strategy, financial modelling, and forecasting

Strong Nielsen/NIQ acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field + 5 years in Sales/Marketing

Strong commercial acumen, P&L and analytical skills

Experience with customer management and syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)
