Qualifications
- Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc.
- Assist the Department Head to design and implementation on business plans and programs;
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key clients;
- Create relevant marketing materials and client lists;
- Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database;
- Manage transactions;
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- At least five years’ real estate and leasing experience in the commercial field preferably Shanghai markets and/or mature markets；
- A good track record in real estate market;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hard-working. <...
