Drive talent learning initiatives at Clio as a Senior Manager in Talent Development & Learning. This hybrid role is focused on leadership and enhancing the global onboarding process.
As a key part of the People team, you’ll engage in a 14-month contract based in Vancouver, BC. Your mission will center on improving global talent management practices and refining the onboarding experiences for new hires. Additionally, you will design leadership development paths customized for various organizational levels.
