Position ScopeOur client is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join the Human Resources Team. Based in Toronto, this position offers an excellent opportunity in a dynamic environment for an individual with a hands‑on, individual contributor focus and direct ownership of a full‑cycle recruitment portfolio.
The Manager will be responsible for managing a high-volume, end-to-end requisition load across various lines of business including Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Corporate. This role is primarily delivery-focused, with accountability for driving recruitment outcomes across assigned searches.
In addition to owning individual searches, this person will help to develop and execute recruitment programs to meet the growing needs of the organization.
